Andy is a great inspector. He was thorough, professional, and just a great person to work with. He explained what he was doing and the results of his analysis as he was going through the house. His explanation was in enough detail so you knew what was going on, but not too much information to overwhelm you and make you not understand. He really wants you to know what is going on with the house you’re buying. After the inspection you get a very well put together report detailing everything that he went through. I would absolutely recommend Andy to anyone I know purchasing a house.
